Shu Puerh Mini To Cha (also known as Xiao To ) is a convenient 6-gram serving of aged puerh, perfect for a single brew. This mini pancake is shaped like a nest or tablet, which fits easily into a gaiwan or teapot.
Xiao To is made by wet pressing fermented leaves in factories in Yunnan Province. The taste of the drink is deep, soft, with notes of wood, bark, and chocolate.
